From the quality of our products, designed and manufactured to stand the test of time, to the recycling of our industrial waste, to the use of recycled cardboard for packaging, LOOK transform their convictions into actions and their actions into real commitments.

​GENDER EQUALITYGender equality is an important value at LOOK. Every year, we measure the efforts made by the group through the Gender Professional Equality Index. This Index allows us to measure our commitment on the basis of official criteria and to identify our points of improvement. With a score of 82 points out of 100 in 2024, we demonstrate our commitment to gender equality as an integral part of our corporate strategy and culture.

From the close relationship with the occupational health department to training for our employees, to provision of bicycles to encourage sports activities, LOOK offer his employees optimal working conditions. This is a prerequisite for the extraordinary quality of our products.
An ideal work environment is also essential. LOOK is located in Nevers, a city in the center of France with a remarkable historical heritage, labeled "Ville et pays d'art et d'histoire" by the French Ministry of Culture since 1989. Look is also present in the USA, Italy, Tunisia and Taiwan.
